Product OverviewThe EH-Series (EEA laminating) and TH-Series (Teflon laminating) deliver significantly higher heat resistance and output than standard heating films, making them high-performance solutions for dry saunas, snow melting mats, auxiliary heating devices, and special environments.

Examples of ApplicationSmall dry sauna / Snow melting mat / Heating element for auxiliary heaters / Special industrial sites and labs

Series Features

EH-Series (EHM305, EHT305, etc.)

Recommended for special environments requiring high temperatures, such as small saunas, snow melting, and auxiliary heating, with a high output of 400W/㎡ and temperatures below 80℃.

TH-Series

200℃ or higher, 800W/㎡ ultra-high output,
Optimal for extreme temperatures, industrial use, and special equipment

Characteristics and differences by material

Material
Heat resistance
Features / Usage
EVA
(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate)
approx. 60~70°C
Widely used in general heating film
lamination, excellent flexibility and adhesion,
suitable for low-cost floor heating
PE
(Polyethylene)
approx. 60–80°C
Excellent water and chemical resistance;
commonly used in insulation and heating films.
EEA
(Ethylene-Ethylene Acrylate)
approx. 80°C
Superior heat and chemical resistance
compared to EVA, suitable for high-temperature
environments and high-output heating films
Teflon
(PTFE)
over 200°C
Outstanding heat and chemical resistance,
non-slip, non-stick properties, ideal
for industrial and extreme environments
