      1. Purpose of Personal Information Use

      The personal information provided is used to offer more accurate services and is not used for purposes other than those specified in the terms of use, nor is it shared with third parties without consent.
      Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

      • If requested by relevant authorities for investigative purposes according to applicable laws
      • If requested as part of procedures stipulated by other applicable laws

      When providing personal information to a third party, the recipient, purpose, and information to be provided are notified in advance via email or other means to obtain consent, and no information is provided without the individual's agreement.

      2. Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection

      IR-Technika collects some personal information through its proposal and inquiry menus.
      To submit a proposal or inquiry, the following information must be entered. Optional items are not required for inquiries and proposals.

      -Required items: Name, Company Name, Contact Number, Email, Subject, Content

      3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

      Collected personal information is retained until IR-Technika's reply is completed and is used for providing accurate service.
      Once a reply or the purpose of information provision is fulfilled, all data is completely deleted (record removed from DB) to ensure it cannot be recovered.
